Critical and Contextual Awareness
On Today I didn't have a lesson today because we had to fix the theatre because next week actors from level 3 year 2 got a Christmas carol rehearsal and play. also last week my teacher told me and student Vadim from the second year that does the same course as me will be design the door for Christmas carol performance, and afterwards my teacher showed me door design on a website called pinterest. But she kept the picture on her phone. were working as a team of three it was me and Vadim, also my classmate had to help out in theatre. My teacher told her to be in backstage to sort all the students that were acting to fix their costume and make-up. me and Vadim Were over place because we had to use the laptop in the theatre to email Mia technician apprentice so that she can order stuff Christmas lights and a small Christmas tree. Me and Vadim had to measure the door next to reception see how long it will be on we also the both of us check height and width. during the workshop lesson my teacher decide that i should do Christmas paper rosettes. for the front of house during the show that will take place. But i didn't know to make the Christmas paper rosettes whereas i made a effort of making it. so one of my classmate came to the workshop lesson to help me out with Christmas paper rosettes. I had to do something else it was a box to cover the wall we used pva glue, sow sand. Therefore i didn't get time to take a picture of it because myself i was so busy sorting out the front of house. me and Vadim had to go and see Dominic in his office to discuss about how long the door design will come out during the day . Because Dominic told me and Vadim that he will be send it to James technician. when me and Vadim got into James office and then he told the both of us it will take time to print the Christmas carol door design. afterwards me and Vadim had to fix the front of house. also my teacher showed me and Vadim how to cover the wall therefore colour was black. so that the door design will look perfect. and then me and Vadim finishing covering the wall. therefore two of us had to go and see James technician he was also saying that our teacher decide to get pictures from victorian era from the internet search engines and it was the last thing to do during day of the performance.
when the front of house looked finished me and Vadim we looked both happy to see what excellence and hard work we did together as a team.
Research
The website that me and Vadim use was called www.ruyasonic.com therefore it was like a min audio it last for 15 minutes scrooge and Marley talking. we used it for the front of house during of the beginning performance. and then we also found something else on google the website was called Pinterest thats how we knew that we were both looking for Christmas lights, and small a Christmas tree. and the both of us looked on Youtube to see a Christmas song called Christmas carol king's college Cambridge. and then in the workshop department lesson our teacher called Anna was helping me and Vadim out to research about the door how would it look like to present the family and friends to see excellent design came out.
Me and Vadim took our time to plan the door design it is called front of house and also as a team we both researching on google about different types of doors in the victorian era.
Problem solving
On Day of the performances me and Vadim had to finish off the door design for Christmas carol performance. and both us took pictures on our phones so that we can put into our blog's. it took time and effort be finish off during the day. then we asked Grant who is the sound Technician if we can borrow the speakers for mp3 it was scrooge when him and Marley were both talking during the scene. and the first thing I did was that i had to go the workshop during Morning because i had to finish the white box therefore i used a drill to remove the pins on each side of them and even i painted the white box into a little bit of red and rest of it was green.

so now this is the Christmas carol play. as a whole class we Reascarching creating a Christmas carol fake food into paper mache into it. The machine we use is called a formic compac midi 343 vacuum forming machine. we made a fake roast potatoes is molding clay but when we all had to roll it most of the Molding clay was very wet on the machine that Teacher called Sarah showed us how to use it.
On today lesson we had to talk about the Christmas carol play with the drama teacher called Mandy. me and a person from second year going to design the door into cotton wool because yesterday my tutor decide me and person to design back of the college door. and then we went to workshop and continue with the molding clay with the roast potatoes we use the same vacuum
forming machine. and then we strips all the newspapers and blow the balloons for to make paper
mache.
yesterday lesson we in the theatre because last week Thursday we got some students to do a min play my era was the 7os which was excellent choice to do. as production arts team my teacher decide to tell us that we should decorated of the table so i put plates, bowls, spoons, glass cup.
in the 70s they always had excellent style of design tables to do party when their like family and friends to come along.

Evaluation
our teacher chosen me and Vadim to do the front of house. But the both of us wasn't really interested of doing the door design Christmas carol door performance and myself all I wanted to do is the live sound for Christmas carol performances. Me and Vadim all we had to do was focusing more on the door design to be fix also how would it looked like in the entrance of a play.
Then the both of us were walking to the workshop and asked two teachers to help us with door next to the reception. and they said to us we don't mind helping you both. me and Vadim wanted to do was order get some wood also by covering the door with it. But it never happened because one of the member of stuff decide to tell our main teacher about the door design how we should cover it up?
what happened was that our main teacher wasn't happy with the both of us because delay design door of the front of house much was not best thing to do.
it was Wednesday during the run through Christmas carol performance we covered door with black wall then use a stapler cover it up. Afterwards we use the door design and it looked like it was in the Victorian times and when family also friends came in to watch the performance to support there sons and daughter they liked the front of house which was excellent thing to do as team together.
In the future i will be taking part of doing the live sound on all the performances which will have meeting with the production arts teachers to discuss what songs which be on the performances. and me i need to learn how to use the Qlab also i can do a lot of research from the internet.
The Disneyland Paris trip
Context
On Monday as production arts students level three our teacher organised a college trip to go Disneyland Paris trip as a whole class we had to go because we need to see the backstage stuff working in behind the scenes but we didn't have time to see them what will be happening for Mickey mouse and Minnie mouse 90th birthday. on the first day it was the beginning of the intro of fireworks there was a lot of people coming from different parts of the countries to see in the Disneyland Paris theme parks which was the excited thing for them. in the Disneyland Paris place they also had a lot of restaurants and fast food, cafes, gift shops.
on the second day of Disneyland Paris trip as a whole class went to actual place where sleeping beauty lives which part of a myth story that Disney design the building of it.
as a whole class we took a lot of pictures in the Disneyland Paris trip all of us had to wake up very early in the Morning. To go and see all of the theme parks that were there for it example Big, Thunder Mountain, Alice's curious Labyrinth , Mad Hatter's Tea cups, sleeping beauty castle, and star wars hyperspace mountain.
The one I didn't go to was Big Thunder Mountain as a whole class we had to split into groups some of us had to wait outside Big Thunder Mountain place but I wasn't myself and two students also stuff which also the teachers. all we had to do is look around the place in Disneyland Paris. Also
there was a lot of things to do there like star wars hyperspace mountain in 3D as production arts group rest class had to go
there and see what it looked like. and it me remind of Air plane. But all of us had introduction about the health and safety check on star wars hyperspace mountain the first is that always put your seat belt on just in case everyone falls. and when the star wars hyperspace mountain 3D finished. as class we had to spilt into groups again some of us wanted
to go a other theme park. Therefore me and the two members of stuff we were going to the cafe looked nice.
Therefore when me and the two members of staff walked out the cafe three of us had the excellent time talking about Disneyland Paris.

sound entertainment technician (Research)
In the behind scenes Disneyland Paris sound entertainment technician stuff workers have to wake very early in the morning to go Disneyland Paris therefore all the stuff workers who are doing sound entertainment technician. They always have a meeting with their manger to discuss what is going to happened today. But in Disneyland Paris the sound Technicians stuff are still using old sound desk equipment during the shows or events.

The Disneyland Paris Parade Evaluation
It was Mickey Mouse 90th birthday with Minnie Mouse therefore day was with all my classmates we watched the parade from the beginning saw a lot of characters that also took part of this birthday special moment for Mickey Mouse.
music for the parade was excellent to see how Disneyland Paris made everything happened on that day. what I enjoyed the most was the fireworks
